For Both Residential and Commercial
Powerwashing:
A non-toxic, biodegradable cleaner is applied to the surface/structure. Then the surface/structure is powerwashed to remove dirt and debris.
Powerwashing & Sealing:
A non-toxic, biodegradable cleaner is applied to the surface/structure. Then the surface/structure is powerwashed to remove dirt and debris. Sufficient drying time is allowed (a day or two, weather permitting). Once the surface is dry, a sealant (Wolman F&P or Cabot ProVT) is brushed onto the surface/structure to protect and preserve it.
